In Real Life (IRL) Gallery
The IRL Snippet is traditionally placed on your homepage, though it can also be placed on category pages (PLPs), gallery pages, or wherever visual content is being featured. It also features a shoppable call to action link, so that users can click through to the PDP(s) for the product(s) shown in each image or video to help drive conversion. This shoppable CTA can be included for up to four products that are featured in a single image or video.

IRL is primarily used to pull in all Instagram UGC collected under your defined Social Suite Campaigns, but you can pull in natively collected customer UGC as well (ie., UGC collected via the Write-a-Review form).
As a best practice to keep your content fresh, current, and on-brand (evergreen), IRL will sort by the newest UGC first. This also increases engagement when frequent customers revisit your site, giving them a new experience whenever they are on a homepage, gallery page, etc.
Shop All Page
The Shop All feature is an optional standalone landing page you can add to your website that allows your customers to see all UGC you've collected from the Social Essential tool, across all of your products. Your customers can then shop any product that is displayed on this page. Each post includes a shoppable call to action, so your users will be directed to the product detail page (PDP) for the item selected. Each image can include up to 4 shoppable calls to action, depending on if there are multiple products displayed in the image.
