Social Essential+ and Social Pro+ are the premium tiers in the PowerSocial Suite. These tiers include all of the features of the Social Essential and/or Social Pro lower tiers, plus PowerReviews Professional Services. Our moderators will handle the user-generated content (UGC) moderation, usage permissions, and product tagging on your behalf, based on your specific guidelines. Reference the flow chart below for the process within the tool, which is handled largely by PowerReviews.
Custom UGC Moderation Services
With Social Essential+ or Social Pro+, our PowerReviews moderators will Approve or Reject UGC content collected from Instagram based on our general in-house guidelines, as well as any specific brand guidelines you provide us. For example, you might want to establish a guideline to have us Reject any UGC that is in black and white or heavily filtered.
Your Account Team can provide you with a template where you can compile a list of your brand guidelines for our moderators to follow. We may require a working session to discuss any guidelines that are a bit subjective or otherwise unclear.
User Permission Services
With Social Essential+ or Social Pro+, our PowerReviews moderators will gather UGC permission rights from the end user on your behalf, through our hashtag opt-in/opt-out permission process. The default message for these usage requests is:
Great photo! We'd love to share it on our site. Reply <@yourbrand> #YES if that's OK.
Our moderators can work with you if you'd like to customize this message within our allowed parameters. (The default responses are #YES or #NO.)
Product Matching Services
With Social Essential+ or Social Pro+, our PowerReviews moderators will match your Approved UGC to the appropriate products within your product catalog. This ensures that products are available for use in different social galleries on your website, within the JavaScript configurations.
Note: If you are currently using a social solution from another provider for customer-sourced UGC, we can import historical Instagram content. Ask your Implementation Team or Account Team for more details on what is required for a historical social content import and pricing information.
