The Brand Reviews Report provides information in a tabular format for all Brand Engage reviews collected in the date period specified, providing individual response level insights such as Product Name, Review Bottomline, and Review Comments.
The Brand Reviews Report is customizable in a number of different ways:
- There are a large number of filters available. You can see the first four filters along the top of the page. Click the plus sign button to expose additional filters. At any point you can select new filters and click Apply to update the table based on the specified criteria.
- Click Edit Columns on the right side, just below Apply, to select and order what columns are shown.
- To sort the table data based on a column, click any of the column headers in the table.
The following table shows the columns available to filter by in this report.
|Filter by category of the products with questions.
|The brand for which this question was collected.
|Filter by page id associated with responses. To search for multiple page ids, enter a comma delimited list.
|Is PWR Publishable
|Filter by the publication status set by the retailer.
|Filter by the product id associated with responses. To search for multiple product ids, enter a comma delimited.
|Filter by the name of the product associated with the response using a keyword search.
|Filter by the answer to the question of 'Would you recommend this to a friend?', TRUE or FALSE.
|Filter by keyword in response text. To search for multiple keywords, enter a comma delimited list.
|Filter by star rating given to reviews.
|Filter by the type of reviewer: anonymous, verified reviewer, and/or verified buyer.
|Filter by ID given to UGC. To search for multiple keywords, enter a comma delimited list.
|Filter by the publication status given to the responses.
The following table shows the columns available in this report. Click Edit Columns to edit which columns display in the report. You can also reorder columns using the drag and drop functionality.

|The date an response was submitted.
|The star rating given on the review.
|The ID of the user-generated content.
|The headline of the review.
|The comments on the review.

|The email of the responder.
|Time To Respond (Hours)
|The number of hours between when the response was approved and the question was submitted.
|The unique ID for the product passed in the product feed.
|The brand name of the product for the submitted response.
|The language and country associated with the Review.
|The name of the product for the submitted response.
|The answer to the question, 'Would you recommend this to a friend?'
|The location entered by the reviewer.
|The nickname submitted by the reviewer.
|The explanation for status set by PowerReviews Moderators in L1 Moderation.
|The type of reviewer that submitted the review.
|The moderation status set by your team for L2 Moderation.
|The UPC associated with the reviewed product from the product feed.
