The Brand Reviews Report provides information in a tabular format for all Brand Engage reviews collected in the date period specified, providing individual response level insights such as Product Name, Review Bottomline, and Review Comments.
The Brand Reviews Report is customizable in a number of different ways:
- There are a large number of filters available. You can see the first four filters along the top of the page. Click the plus sign button to expose additional filters. At any point you can select new filters and click Apply to update the table based on the specified criteria.
- Click Edit Columns on the right side, just below Apply, to select and order what columns are shown.
- To sort the table data based on a column, click any of the column headers in the table.
Filters
The following table shows the columns available to filter by in this report.

| Category | Filter by category of the products with questions. |
| Brand | The brand for which this question was collected. |
| Page ID | Filter by page id associated with responses. To search for multiple page ids, enter a comma delimited list. |
| Is PWR Publishable | Filter by the publication status set by the retailer. |
| Product ID | Filter by the product id associated with responses. To search for multiple product ids, enter a comma delimited. |
| Product Name | Filter by the name of the product associated with the response using a keyword search. |
| Review Bottomline | Filter by the answer to the question of 'Would you recommend this to a friend?', TRUE or FALSE. |
| Review Comments | Filter by keyword in response text. To search for multiple keywords, enter a comma delimited list. |
| Review Rating | Filter by star rating given to reviews. |
| Reviewer Type | Filter by the type of reviewer: anonymous, verified reviewer, and/or verified buyer. |
| UGC ID | Filter by ID given to UGC. To search for multiple keywords, enter a comma delimited list. |
| Response Status | Filter by the publication status given to the responses. |
Column Headers
The following table shows the columns available in this report. Click Edit Columns to edit which columns display in the report. You can also reorder columns using the drag and drop functionality.

| Retailer Name | The retailer for which this question was collected. |
| Created Date | The date an response was submitted. |
| Review Rating | The star rating given on the review. |
| UGC ID | The ID of the user-generated content. |
| Review Headline | The headline of the review. |
| Review Comments | The comments on the review. |
| Response Status | The status of the review response. |
| Brand Response | The text of the response. |
| Brand Responder Email | The email of the responder. |
| Time To Respond (Hours) | The number of hours between when the response was approved and the question was submitted. |
| Page ID | The unique ID for the product passed in the product feed. |
| Brand Name | The brand name of the product for the submitted response. |
| Locale | The language and country associated with the Review. |
| Product Name | The name of the product for the submitted response. |
| Review Bottomline | The answer to the question, 'Would you recommend this to a friend?' |
| Review Location | The location entered by the reviewer. |
| Review Nickname | The nickname submitted by the reviewer. |
| Review Observations | The explanation for status set by PowerReviews Moderators in L1 Moderation. |
| Reviewer Type | The type of reviewer that submitted the review. |
| Site Status | The moderation status set by your team for L2 Moderation. |
| UPC | The UPC associated with the reviewed product from the product feed. |
