The Brand Questions Report provides information in a tabular format for all Brand Engage questions collected in the date period specified, providing individual question level insights such as Retailer, Product Name, and Question Text.
The Brand Questions Report is customizable in a number of different ways:
- There are a large number of filters available. You can see the first four filters along the top of the page. Click the plus sign button to expose additional filters. At any point you can select new filters and click Apply to update the table based on the specified criteria.
- Click Edit Columns on the right side, just below Apply, to select and order what columns are shown.
- To sort the table data based on a column, click any of the column headers in the table.
Filters
The following table shows the columns available to filter by in this report.

| Category | Filter by category of the products with questions. |
| Brand | Filter by the brand name of the products with questions. |
| Page ID | Filter by page id associated with questions. To search for multiple page ids, enter comma delimited list. |
| Is PWR Publishable | Filter by the publication status set by the retailer. |

The explanation for status set by PowerReviews Moderators in L1 Moderation. |
| Question ID | Filter by ID given to question. |
| Question Keyword | Filter by keyword in question text. To search for multiple keywords, enter comma delimited list. |
| Retailer | Filter by available retailers. |
| Site Status | Filter by the brand name of the products with questions. |
Column Headers
The following table shows the columns available in this report. Click Edit Columns to edit which columns display in the report. You can also reorder columns using the drag and drop functionality.

| Retailer | The retailer for which this question was collected. |
| Created Date | The date a question was submitted. |
| Product Name | The name of the product for the submitted question. |
| Brand Name | The brand name of the product for the submitted question. |
| Page ID | The unique ID for the product passed in the product feed. |
| Question ID | The unique ID of the submitted question. |
| Question Text | The text of the question. |
| Question Type | The type of question (e.g. pre_sale or post_sale.). |
| Brand Answered | Whether or not this question has collected a Brand Answer. |
| Is PWR Publishable | The moderation status set by PowerReviews Moderation Team. |
| Site Status | The moderation status set by your team for L2 Moderation. |
| Observed By | The moderator associated with the setting L2 Moderation status. |
| Category | The category of the product associated with the question. |
| Observations Names | The Explanation for status set by PowerReviews Moderators in L1 Moderation. |
| Question Category Type | The type of question (e.g. Product Quality, Customer Service, etc.). |
| Category Hierarchy | The full hierarchy of the product for which this question was submitted. |
| Last Publication Modified Date | The most recent date for which the publication of this question was modified. |
