Review Interactors
- UGC Interactors - Count of unique visitors to your website that interacted with some form of UGC (reviews, media, or questions & answers)
- Review Interactors - Count of unique visitors to your website that had an interaction with the Review Display
- Review Interactors Conversion Rate - Percentage of review interactors that made a purchase
Review Sales Influence
The Review Sales Influence chart is a powerful visualization for understanding how visitor conversion has been impacted by review impressions and interactions.
- Visitors - Count of unique visitors to your website (please note that a visitor may have multiple sessions and multiple page views per session)
- Review Visitors - Count of unique visitors to your website that had an impression on the Review Display
- Review Interactors - Count of unique visitors to your website that interacted with the Review Display
- Visitors with Conversions - Count of visitors that made a purchase
- Review Visitors with Conversions - Count of unique visitors to your website that had an impression on the Review Display and made a purchase
- Review Interactors with Conversions - Count of unique visitors to your website that interacted with the Review Display and made a purchase.
- Visitor Conversion Rate - Percentage of visitors that made a purchase

Review Feature Engagement
The reference line in the Visitor Conversion Rate chart refers to the overall Visitor Conversion Rate (percentage of all visitors that made a purchase).

Review Snippet - Interaction is defined as clicking the anchor link (ie., number of reviews) to be brought down the page to the full Review Display
- Review Face-Off Positive - Interaction is defined as clicking Read complete review to expand the positive review within the Review Face-Off
- Review Face-Off Negative - Interaction is defined as clicking Read complete review to expand the negative review within the Review Face-Off

More Details - Interaction is defined as clicking More Details below the review comment in the Review List to see the details (ie., Tags and MSQ responses) for the review
- Footer Page Next - Interaction is defined as clicking Next to see the next page of reviews
- Filter Star - Interaction is defined as clicking on one of the bars of the ratings distribution/histogram to filter reviews by star rating
- Filter Tag - Interaction is defined as clicking on one of the tags to filter reviews
- Filter MSQ - Interaction is defined as clicking on one of the MSQs to filter reviews
- Review Sort - Interaction is defined as clicking the review sort dropdown to sort the order of the displayed reviews (Most Recent, Most Helpful, Top Rated, etc.)
- Review Search - Interaction is defined as clicking to type a search term in the search field at the top of the Review List to search by keyword
