All Answers Report – PowerReviews Help Center

The All Answers Report provides information in a tabular format for all Q&A answers collected in the date range specified, providing individual answer level insights such as Headline, Comments, Created Date, and Site Status.

The All Answers Report is customizable in a number of different ways:

There are a large number of filters available. You can see the first four filters along the top of the page. Clicking the plus sign button will expose additional filters. At any point you can select new filters and click Apply to update the table based on the specified criteria.
Click Edit Columns on the right-hand side, just below Apply, to select and order what columns are shown.
To sort the table data based on a column, click any of the column headers in the table.

Filters

Filter Name	Description
Category	Filter by category of the products with questions.
Brand	Filter by the brand name of the products with questions.
Page ID	Filter by page ID associated with answers. To search for multiple page IDs, enter a comma-delimited list.
Answer Email	Filter by email associated with answer.
Answer ID	Filter by ID given to answer.
Answer Keyword	Filter by keyword in answer text. To search for multiple keywords, enter a comma-delimited list.
Answerer Type	Filter by answerer type (e.g. Expert, Ask Product Owner, Crowdsourced, etc.).
Brand Answer Flag	Filter by whether or not the answer was provided by the brand.
Is PWR Publishable	Filter by the moderation status set by PowerReviews Moderation Team.
Product Name	Filter by the name of the product associated with the answer using a keyword search.
Question ID	Filter by ID given to question.
Question Keyword	Filter by keyword in question text. To search for multiple keywords, enter a comma-delimited.
Observations	Filter by the explanation for status set by PowerReviews Moderators in L1 Moderation.
Reviewer Type	Filter by the type of reviewer.
Site Status	Filter by the moderation status set by your team for L2 Moderation.

Column Headers

The following table shows the columns available in this report. Click Edit Columns to edit which columns display in the report. You can also re-order columns using the drag and drop functionality.

Column Header	Description
Created Date	The date an answer was submitted.
Product Name	The name of the product for the submitted answer.
Brand Name	The brand name of the product for the submitted answer.
Page ID	The unique ID for the product passed in the product feed.
Question ID	The unique ID of the submitted question.
Question Text	The text of the question.
Question Type	The type of question (e.g. Product Quality, Customer Service, etc.).
Answer ID	The unique ID of the submitted answer.
Answer Text	The text of the answer.
Answer Type	The type of answer (e.g. Expert, Ask Product Owner, Crowdsourced, etc.).
Answerer	The email of the answerer.
Answerer Location	The location provided by the answerer.
Locale	The language and country associated with the Answer.
Expert	The flag that shows whether or not answer was provided by an expert.
Is PWR Publishable	The moderation status set by PowerReviews Moderation Team.
Site Status	The moderation status set by your team for L2 Moderation.
Observed By	The moderator associated with the setting L2 Moderation status.
Helpful Votes	The number of helpful votes on the answer.
Not Helpful Votes	The number of not helpful votes on the answer.
Category	The category of the product associated with the answer.
Time to Answer (Hours)	The number of hours between when the answer was approved and the question was submitted.
Observation Names	The explanation for status set by PowerReviews Moderators in L1 Moderation.
Brand Answer Flag	The flag that shows whether or not the answer was provided by the brand.
Brand Answer Name	The name of the brand answerer.
Category Hierarchy	The hierarchy aggregates groups of groups of categories.
Last Publication Modification Date	Date of the last modification of the answer.
