The Social Collect page provides a detailed analysis on how your PowerSocial efforts are performing. This perspective addresses important metrics such as the number of posts collected and where in the flow they may be getting caught up. Use the filters along the top allow to focus on the level of detail that you care about, whether that is one or many Brands, Categories, or Pages. The date on the Collect page is always from the perspective of when the post was first brought into PowerReviews' systems, which is also considered the collected date.
This page can be accessed by navigating from Analytics > Visual & Social > Social Collection.
Activity
The Activity section provides the count of posts that have made it through each set of activities. This provides a quick glance at which activities may be creating a choke point in getting content to your page. For example, if a lot of posts are getting collected but very few are getting processed, it means content is likely not getting approved or matched.
- Posts Collected - Count of posts that have made it into PowerReviews' systems for review. These are all available to process here.
- Content Processed - Count of posts that have been fully processed by your team. Fully processed means that the post has been approved, matched, and consent has been requested.
- Ready for Publication - Count of Processed Posts that have had consent granted by the poster. These posts are available for further moderation here.
- Posts Published - Count of posts that are Ready for Publication and have not been rejected through further moderation.
Posts Collected
The Posts Collected section shows a breakout by month of how many posts have been collected into PowerReviews' systems for review.
Posts Processed
The Posts Processed section shows a breakout by month of how many posts have been fully processed by your team. Fully processed means that the post has been approved, matched and consent has been requested.

Ready for Publication
The Ready for Publication section shows a breakout by month of how many posts are ready for publication. This is the number of posts that have not only been processed but also have consent granted.
Consent Status
The Consent Status section shows a breakout by month of how many posts have had progress made on getting consent granted. This can mean consent was requested, follow-up was requested, consent was granted, or consent was refused.
