Below you'll find a glossary of common terms, abbreviations, and explanations found in your PowerReviews solution. Read up on these whenever you have the chance so that you and your Implementation Team, Account Team, and/or PowerReviews Technical Support can all be on the same page regarding your integration.
| Term | Definition |
| Basecamp | A project management and communications tool utilized during PowerReviews client implementation projects. You will receive Basecamp access from your Implementation Project Manager. This tool is only utilized for clients in active implementation; post-implementation communication will not be through Basecamp. |
| Display 3 | Our legacy Review Display version which uses a .zip file that is generated daily to provide content. This version is no longer actively supported. If you are using this version, please reach out to your Account Manager and ask to upgrade to the latest Review Display. |
| Display 4 | Our newer Review Display which uses the API as the primary content source, and is ADA compliant. |
| Documentation Site | The website you're reading this on -- welcome! It's also commonly referred to as the Help Site or Help Center. |
| Enterprise API | A REST API that can be used to access reviews, orders, etc. It is not intended for real-time calls or display. https://apidocs.powerreviews.com/docs/content-api/ |
| Feedless | A feature that allows you to pass Product Data directly from your PDPs without providing us a Product Feed. |
| FUE | Follow-Up Email. This may be sent through PowerReviews or through your own third-party provider. It's also commonly referred to as the post-purchase email or solicitation email. |
| PDP | Product Detail Page. This is a website page which houses a product's name, price, and other information. It's also where you will implement the PowerReviews Review Snippet and Review Display. |

Product Listing Page. This is a website page which lists multiple products within a larger grouping (ie., Apparel or Beauty). This is where you will implement the PowerReviews Category Snippets. It's also commonly referred to as a Category Page or Collection Page. |
| PR Demo Store | PowerReviews Demo Store. This is a Shopify site that we use to showcase our solution and available features. It's often used for example purposes and as a developer point of reference. https://www.prdemostore.com |

PowerReviews Portal. A backend, dashboard-type site where you can manage your PowerReviews account settings, moderate content, use analytics, pull reports, etc. |
| Read Services API |
The API that powers our newer Review Display 4. It is intended to be used for real-time calls and display. It's also commonly referred to as the Read API, Display API, or B2C API. |
| UGC |
User-generated content. This includes reviews, Q&A, images, and videos submitted by users on your site. |
| WAR Form | Write-a-Review Form. This refers to the page and form where reviews are written. |
