Moderation Support and Policy
PowerReviews maintains a 24/7 content moderation operation to meet our clients' content standards and SLAs. Our scalable process supports review collection across dozens of languages for over 5,000 client websites.
- Tier 1 Languages: Dutch, English, French, German, Portuguese, and Spanish are resourced for a 3-business-day moderation turnaround.
- Tier 2 Languages: All other languages listed are considered Tier 2. The moderation target for these languages is 7 business days. A Tier 2 language may be elevated to Tier 1 if it consistently generates a volume of at least 3,000 reviews per week, which justifies expanded moderation capacity.
Adding New Languages or Locales
Support for additional languages or locales not listed in this document can be requested. The following conditions apply:
- General: All new languages or locales require approval from PowerReviews and may be subject to additional fees.
- For Moderation: Activating a new language for moderation requires a 30-day notice to ensure proper staffing.
- For Platform Display: Adding a new language for display and collection (i.e., translating the PowerReviews platform) requires a 90-day ramp-up period and may be subject to additional fees.
