Google Seller Ratings is a Google Ads extension that displays a star rating (between 1 and 5 stars) on search ads. This automated extension is calculated by aggregating customer reviews from various sources that Google trusts. The star rating displays underneath the URL on the search ad.
As a trusted Google source, PowerReviews collects and syndicates customer Seller Ratings to Google through our solution. Seller Ratings are solicited via email, and are for the customer's entire site shopping experience (not for individual products purchased).
Syndicating Seller Ratings to Google and contributing to the paid search result star rating helps potential customers make more informed purchasing decisions, and also helps improve your conversion rate.
While Seller Ratings are most often used by eCommerce companies, any company with a digital presence can use Google Seller Ratings.
