Understanding the Q&A Cards
You can read, answer, and moderate the content you collect through the Q&A Cards.

Answer Card
1. Core Question Content - This section shows the question, the date it was submitted, and the user's nickname and location
2. Core Answer Content - This section shows the answer(s) to the question asked (you can edit or delete any previous answers submitted)

Answering a Question
You can answer questions left about your products through the Question Card. It's important to note that the answer you leave on a question does not go through PowerReviews moderation, as the expectation is the answer is being given by a brand Subject Matter Expert (SME).
To answer a customer question, type your answer in the Add an answer to this question open text box. If you have images or videos to help support your answer, also add them here with the +media icon. Once you complete your answer, click Submit. Your answer appears with the question on your website and in the moderation tool. If you make a mistake like a typo, or want to remove your response, click Edit or Delete and make your updates as needed.
Adding Observations to Q&A
Your content is tagged with Observations as it moves through the PowerReviews moderation process.
If PowerReviews moderators tag your content with Observations, the tagged Observations appear below the PowerReviews Observations label. If PowerReviews moderators do not tag your content with any Observations, a No PowerReviews Observations status will appear. If PowerReviews hasn't moderated your content yet, a yellow warning label appears that states Unmoderated by PowerReviews.
As a part of your internal moderation process, you can add your own Observations. To add Observations:
1. Navigate to the Q&A section of the Portal (your question and answer content appears in a list)
2. Read the question or answer and decide what Observation(s) you want to add
3. Select an Observation code from the Observation dropdown (reference the Moderation Glossary if needed)
4. Click Save
Overriding the Site Status of Q&A
You can override the Site Status of any individual question or answer through the Question Card.
For example, a question may be set to Unpublished because of Observations made by PowerReviews moderators. However, you can override this by switching the Site Status from Unpublished to Published in the dropdown on the card and clicking Save.
Conversely, if you see a question or answer that's set to Published but you want to remove it from your site, you can override this by switching the Site Status from Published to Unpublished in the dropdown on the card and clicking Save. You should only unpublish content if the content was published in error or contains product-specific commentary that only someone on your team would know is false.
When you override the Site Status, the change appears on your site within 1-3 days of the change.
Note: Users can flag questions or answers on your site as inappropriate. If a question or answer is flagged at least three times by three unique users, the question or answer reverts to an Unpublished status.
