The UGC page includes detailed information on how your customers are interacting with each type of user-generated content (review, media, and Q&A).

The PowerReviews Sales Influence chart is a powerful visualization for understanding how visitor conversion has been impacted by User Generated Content (UGC) impressions and interactions.

General Visitors

  • Visitors - Count of unique visitors to your site

    A visitors may have multiple sessions and multiple page views per session

  • UGC Visitors - Count of unique visitors to your site that had an impression on at least one type of UGC (review, media, or Q&A)
  • UGC Interactors - Count of unique visitors to your site that interacted with at least one type of UGC (review, media, or Q&A)
  • Visitors with Conversions - Count of visitors that made a purchase
  • UGC Visitors with Conversions - Count of unique visitors to your site that had an impression on at least one type of UGC (review, media, or Q&A) and made a purchase
  • UGC Interactors with Conversions - Count of unique visitors to your site that interacted with at least one type of UGC (review, media, or Q&A) and made a purchase
  • Visitor Conversion Rate - Percentage of visitors that made a purchase
  • UGC Visitors Conversion Rate - Percentage of UGC Visitors that made a purchase
  • UGC Interactors Conversion Rate - Percentage of UGC interactors that made a purchase

The reference line in the Visitor Conversion Rate chart refers to the overall Visitor Conversion Rate (percentage of all visitors that made a purchase).
